（2）、貨物進出頻繁、吞吐量大，根據生產經營的需要設置專門的理貨間（區），理貨區的溫度一般控制在0～+7℃。

（3）、物流冷庫的制冷系統設計更加注重環保和節能要求。庫房溫度控制范圍寬，冷卻設備的選型、布置和風速場設計考慮適用多種貨物的冷藏要求。配有完善的庫溫自動檢測、記錄和自動控制裝置。

（4）、建立完善的計算機網絡系統，使冷藏供應鏈配送管理科學化，做到食品安全的可追溯性。在歐盟、美國和日本，食品供應鏈中的所有企業都有實施追溯系統的法定義務。

（5）、冷凍冷藏倉儲方式開始向貨架式、托盤化轉變，以實現貨物按“先進先出”的原則進行管理，有利于提高商品貯藏質量和減少損耗。
